What changed
Our trading name has changed from Criztec to Zorinto, and our website now lives at zorinto.com. Links to criztec.com continue to redirect here while the transition completes.
Behind the scenes, the company is unchanged. The same team, the same services (Astro, Ruby on Rails, Django, n8n automation), the same UK + India delivery model, and the same client contracts all stay in place. Your point of contact, your invoices, and your support channels remain the same.
The rebrand reflects where we're heading next — a clearer, more distinctive name as we grow beyond the UK. The registered company, Crizaze Business Services Ltd (Companies House 15494238), now trades as Zorinto.
We are also in the process of renaming the registered company itself from Crizaze Business Services Ltd to Zorinto Ltd at Companies House. The company number (15494238) stays the same — same legal entity, same contracts, just a new registered name. We'll update this page and the footer once the Certificate of Change of Name is issued.

Are you still the same company?
Yes. Crizaze Business Services Ltd (Companies House 15494238) is the same registered entity. Only the trading name and domain have changed — from Criztec to Zorinto.
Is the registered company name changing too?
Yes — we are in the process of renaming the registered company from Crizaze Business Services Ltd to Zorinto Ltd at Companies House. The company number 15494238 stays the same, so it remains the same legal entity. Existing contracts, invoices, and DD mandates are unaffected. We will update this page when the Certificate of Change of Name is issued.
Will my existing contract, invoice, or quote change?
No. All in-flight contracts, invoices, and quotes remain valid under the same legal entity. You don't need to do anything.
Has my point of contact or support email changed?
Your point of contact is the same person. Email going to your existing contact still works. The general inbox has moved to info@zorinto.com.
Why the new name?
We wanted a name that's easier to say, easier to remember, and travels well as we work with more clients outside the UK. The work, team, and values are unchanged.
